Saba Qamar, Bilal Saeed prosecuted in despoiling case



LAHORE: A legal justice on Wednesday prosecuted entertainer Saba Qamar and artist Bilal Saeed in a last year's instance of supposed befouling of Wazir Khan mosque. 

The two suspects, present in court, argued not liable and chose to challenge the preliminary. 

The justice, Javeria Munir Bhatti, guided the indictment to introduce its observers on Oct 14. 

The Akbari Gate police enrolled an argument against the couple under area 295 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) following a court's course to follow up on a utilization of an attorney according to law and choose whether a cognizable offense was made out.
